Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated October 3, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy describes what you may not do with ISO Space. It is part of the Terms of Use and applies to everything you create, upload, send, or share through the Service, and to how you access it.

1. Illegal and harmful content

You may not create, store, upload, send, or share content that:

  • is illegal, or promotes, facilitates, or provides instructions for illegal activity;
  • sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way (we report such material to the appropriate authorities);
  • is sexually explicit and shared with anyone who has not clearly consented to receive it, or with any minor;
  • threatens, harasses, bullies, intimidates, stalks, or encourages self-harm or violence against any person or group;
  • promotes hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or similar characteristics;
  • shares another person’s private or identifying information without their permission (doxxing), or intimate images without consent;
  • impersonates any person or organization, or misrepresents your identity or affiliation;
  • infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights; or
  • is fraudulent, deceptive, or intended to scam, phish, or mislead others.

2. Abuse of other users

  • No spam, chain messages, unsolicited promotions, or bulk friend requests or invitations.
  • No repeated contact with someone who has declined, removed, or blocked you, including through new accounts.
  • No collecting, harvesting, or guessing other users’ handles, IDs, or information.

3. Security and system integrity

You may not:

  • access, or attempt to access, any account, file, message, event, or data that is not yours or shared with you;
  • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except as allowed by our responsible-disclosure terms in the Terms and Conditions;
  • upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code, or files designed to exploit software;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks, including through denial-of-service attacks or excessive automated requests;
  • bypass or attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, AI usage limits, file-size limits, or any other restriction;
  • use bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Service or create accounts, except through interfaces we expressly provide; or
  • create multiple accounts to evade limits, bans, or blocks.

4. AI features

You may not use AI features to:

  • generate content that violates this Policy;
  • attempt to extract the underlying prompts, system instructions, or provider credentials, or to manipulate the AI into bypassing safeguards;
  • process other people’s personal information without a lawful basis; or
  • engage in academic dishonesty where your institution prohibits AI assistance.

5. Commercial misuse

You may not resell, sublicense, rent, or provide the Service to others as your own product, or use it to operate a file-hosting, messaging, or AI-access service for third parties.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may, at our discretion and without prior notice where appropriate, remove content, restrict features, suspend or close accounts, preserve evidence, and report activity to law enforcement. We are not obligated to monitor content, but we may review content reported to us or flagged by automated safety checks. Our decision not to act on one violation does not waive our right to act on others.

7. Reporting

To report a violation, email [contact email] with a description and any helpful details. Do not include illegal material in your report; describe where it is instead. For copyright complaints, follow section 10 of the Terms of Use.
