End User License Agreement
Last updated October 3, 2026
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Brandon P, operating as ISO Space for the ISO Space software, including the web application, any installable or offline version, updates, and related documentation (the “Software”). The Software is licensed, not sold. By using it, you agree to this EULA and to the Terms of Use.
1. License grant
Subject to your continued compliance with this EULA and the Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Software for your own personal, educational, or internal business purposes.
2. Restrictions
You may not, and may not allow anyone else to:
- copy, modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code, algorithms, or underlying structure, except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction;
- sell, resell, rent, lease, lend, license, sublicense, distribute, host, or otherwise make the Software available to any third party, including as a service bureau or through time-sharing;
- remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
- bypass, disable, or interfere with any security, access-control, rate-limiting, or usage-limit feature;
- use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers, scripts) to access the Software, except through interfaces we expressly provide for that purpose;
- use the Software to build a competing product or to benchmark it for publication without our prior written consent;
- access or use the Software in violation of any law, including export-control and sanctions laws; or
- use the Software in any manner not expressly permitted by this EULA.
3. Ownership
The Software and all copies, updates, and derivative works, including all intellectual-property rights in them, are and remain the property of Brandon P, operating as ISO Space and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Your content remains yours, as described in the Terms of Use.
4. Updates
We may provide updates, fixes, or new versions automatically, and some updates may be required to keep using the Software. Updates are covered by this EULA unless they come with different terms. We have no obligation to provide any particular update, feature, or support.
5. Third-party and open-source components
The Software includes third-party and open-source components licensed under their own terms. Those terms govern your use of those components and prevail over this EULA to the extent required by their licenses.
6. Export compliance
You represent that you are not located in, or a resident of, a country subject to comprehensive sanctions, and that you are not on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You will comply with all applicable export-control and sanctions laws when using the Software.
7. Termination
This EULA remains in effect until terminated. It terminates automatically, without notice, if you breach any of its terms. We may also terminate it as described in the Terms of Use. On termination, you must stop using the Software. Sections 2, 3, and 8 through 11 survive termination.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of liability
The limitation of liability in section 15 of the Terms of Use applies to the Software and this EULA, and is incorporated here by reference.
10. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of [state/province and country], and disputes are resolved as set out in section 17 of the Terms of Use.
11. General
If any provision of this EULA is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign this EULA without our consent. If this EULA conflicts with the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use control.
