ISO Space is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly. New subscribers get a 3-day free trial, and you can cancel any time from Manage subscription in your account menu.

Only you. Files, folders, and documents are tied to your account, and our database rules block every other account from reading them.

Your public handle, messages you send them, and calendar events you invite them to after they accept. Friends never get access to your files, even when an event is linked to one.

Your handle is your username plus a permanent four-character ID, like alex#M7-K. You can change the username, but the ID never changes, so friends can always find the right person.

To confirm you are at least 13 before creating an account. We use it once for that check and do not store it.

At least 8 characters with at least one of these symbols: ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ). Mixing upper- and lowercase letters, numbers, and a longer length makes it stronger.

Choose “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen, and we will email you a reset link.

Reminders appear while ISO is open in your browser. Turn on browser reminders from your profile menu to get notifications while the tab is in the background.

The flame counts the days in a row you finished your calendar tasks on time. A day counts when every task due that day was checked off by its end time. A task that is late or never checked off puts the flame out, and the count starts again from your next on-time day. Days with no tasks don’t change it. Only you can see your flame. To work it out, ISO saves the time you check each task off, and clears it if you uncheck the task.

It moves to Trash, where you can restore it. Deleting it from Trash removes it permanently.

Each account can make 3 AI requests per minute and 25 per day, with up to 8,000 characters of selected text per request. If you hit a limit, ISO tells you when you can try again. Only the text you select is sent to the AI provider, and it is never used to train AI models.

Documents can be downloaded as web pages or plain text from File → Download, spreadsheets as CSV files, and any file can be printed. We recommend keeping copies of anything important.

Block the person from their chat or friend row, then email [contact email] with details. For security issues, see the responsible-disclosure section of the Terms and Conditions.

Open the profile menu at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm. Your account and all of its data are removed right away. If you can’t sign in, email [contact email] from the address on your account.
