Terms and Conditions
Last updated October 3, 2026
These Terms and Conditions set out how the ISO Space Service operates: availability, limits, storage, account deletion, and related conditions. They form part of, and should be read together with, the Terms of Use. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Use.
1. Relationship to the Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions supplement the Terms of Use. The governing law, dispute resolution, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity in the Terms of Use apply to everything in this document.
2. Availability
- We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee any level of uptime. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, security incidents, provider outages, or reasons beyond our control.
- We may add, change, limit, or remove features at any time. We will give reasonable notice before removing a feature you actively rely on where practical.
- Reminders and notifications are delivered while the Service is open in your browser and depend on your browser and device settings. We do not guarantee that any reminder will be delivered, and you must not rely on the Service for time-critical, medical, safety, or legal deadlines.
3. Usage limits
To keep the Service fair and reliable, we apply limits that we may adjust at any time, including:
- a maximum of 20 MB per uploaded file and restrictions on accepted file types;
- limits on AI requests per minute and per day, and on the length of text sent to AI features;
- limits on sign-in attempts, message length, spreadsheet size, and the number of items returned at once;
- reasonable overall storage limits per account.
Circumventing any limit, including through multiple accounts, automation, or modified clients, is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
4. Storage, backups, and data loss
- We store your content with reputable infrastructure providers and take reasonable steps to protect it, but the Service is not a backup service.
- You are responsible for keeping independent copies of anything important. Use the download and export features regularly.
- Deleted items move to Trash; permanently deleted items cannot be recovered by you or by us.
- We are not liable for loss or corruption of content, including loss caused by outages, bugs, account compromise, or accidental deletion, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Save conflicts
If the same file is changed from two places at once, the Service may refuse a save to avoid overwriting newer work. Unsaved edits stay in your open editor so you can copy or retry them. You are responsible for resolving conflicting edits.
6. Shared events and messages
- Accepted event invitations show the owner’s original event. If the owner edits or deletes it, your view changes too.
- Event invitations never give access to files linked to an event.
- We are not responsible for content other users send you. Use the block and report options, or contact [contact email], to report abuse.
7. Account deletion
- You can delete your account at any time from the profile menu (Delete account). If you cannot sign in, email [contact email] from the address on your account; we may need to verify your identity.
- Deletion is permanent and removes your content as described in the Privacy Policy. Export anything you want to keep first.
- Your public ID is permanently retired and never reissued.
8. Inactive accounts
If an account has not been signed into for 24 consecutive months, we may delete it after sending at least 30 days’ notice to the account email address. Signing in during that period cancels the deletion.
9. Fees
The Service is currently free. If paid plans are introduced, their price, billing cycle, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown clearly before purchase, and nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement. Existing free features will not become paid without reasonable advance notice.
10. Security responsibilities
- Use a strong, unique password and keep your devices secure.
- Sign out on shared computers.
- Report suspected vulnerabilities to [contact email]. Good-faith security research that avoids privacy violations, data destruction, and service disruption, and gives us reasonable time to fix issues before disclosure, will not be pursued by us. Accessing other users’ data, degrading the Service, or demanding payment is never authorized.
11. Reliance and professional use
The Service is a general productivity tool. It is not designed or certified for storing regulated data such as health records, payment card data, or government identifiers, and you must not use it for that purpose. You are responsible for determining whether the Service is suitable for your needs.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms and Conditions as described in the Terms of Use. The “Last updated” date shows when they last changed.
